Buyer Evidence

Manufacturing and Test Evidence for Custom Magnetic Components

ProMagTech is building its public evidence around materials buyers can verify: product parameters, process records, test scope, factory photos, and project documents. Formal certification claims should only appear with supporting documents.

Evidence available before qualification

For custom flat wire inductors, planar transformers, PFC inductors, and common mode chokes, the useful starting evidence is not a slogan. It is a clear record of what is being designed, measured, reviewed, and delivered for the target converter.

Product parameters

Inductance target, rated current, saturation current, DCR, ripple current, frequency range, insulation target, cooling method, and mounting constraints.

Process evidence

Factory process photos, winding and assembly checkpoints, inspection records, packaging flow, and traceable project communication.

Test scope

Electrical checks and reliability requirements should be stated per project before sample validation and qualification documents are promised.

Evidence queue for the next site release

These materials should be added only after the underlying files or photos are ready for review.

Factory process photosWinding, core assembly, insulation handling, inspection, packing, and sample preparation images.
Test capability recordsEquipment photos and a reviewed list of measurements ProMagTech can perform in-house or arrange for a project.
Product data sheetsDownloadable parameter sheets for priority product families with revision control.
Project documentsRedacted sample reports, drawings, selection checklists, and quality documents that do not expose customer confidential information.
Application casesRedacted cases showing the application problem, design inputs, selected magnetic component approach, and validation result.

What to send for an engineering review

Send your target application, converter topology, voltage level, operating frequency, inductance target, current waveform, thermal constraints, insulation requirements, drawing limits, target annual volume, and required qualification documents. That is stronger evidence of project fit than an unsupported badge.
