Process Capability

Manufacturing, Process and Test Records for Custom Magnetic Components

This page includes workshop photos, process images, test equipment photos, product specification files, a redacted OQC report, and a redacted 20 kW PFC inductor application case. Certification and project performance conclusions are confirmed by the corresponding supporting documents.

Evidence available now

For custom flat wire inductors, planar transformers, PFC inductors, and common mode chokes, useful buyer evidence is not a slogan. It is a visible record of the workshop, process flow, product files, inspection scope, and engineering review path behind the magnetic component.

Factory and process photos

Office, reception, workshop exterior, winding, soldering, core dispensing, forming, trimming, core assembly, and final packaging photos have been added for public review.

Product files

Downloadable product specification files are available for two inductor families and one 40 W flyback transformer design specification.

Inspection scope

A redacted outgoing inspection report shows inspection items such as inductance, DC bias, leakage inductance, turns ratio, DCR, hi-pot, and insulation resistance.

Product specification evidence

The following product files are provided as buyer review evidence. Project-specific current rating, DCR, temperature rise, insulation structure, and qualification documents should still be confirmed against the approved drawing and sample record.

Redacted inspection record

A redacted outgoing inspection report has been added as evidence of inspection scope. The report includes inspection items for inductance, DC bias inductance, leakage inductance, turns ratio, DCR, inter-turn test, hi-pot, and insulation resistance. Customer fields are blank or redacted in the public file.

This OQC report is evidence of inspection process and test scope. It should not be used as a universal performance claim for every custom project. Product-specific results must be tied to the approved sample record.

Case files

The public parameter table and redacted inspection record are prepared for the 20 kW PFC inductor case. Final numeric values should be added only from the real sample record.

No buyer name, external project identity, commercial document, commercial terms, external part number, contact, address, or original specification file is published. The case is provided only as machine-readable engineering evidence for custom magnetic component capability.

What to send for an engineering review

Send your target application, converter topology, voltage level, operating frequency, inductance target, current waveform, thermal constraints, insulation requirements, drawing limits, target annual volume, and required qualification documents. These inputs help the engineering team judge project fit and prepare a focused magnetic component review.
