Our products are used in EV OBC and DC-DC converters, EV charging stations, solar inverters, energy storage converters, industrial power supplies, medical power systems, rail transit power systems, and communication power supplies.
Engineering focus
Core capabilities include flat copper wire winding, nanocrystalline and amorphous core applications, low DCR design, thermal optimization, EMI filtering, and custom magnetic component design based on customer electrical parameters.
Quality position

Manufacturing Capability
Factory floor area: approximately 2,000 m². Core production equipment includes CNC flat wire winding machines, automatic core dispensing systems, laser stripping stations, semi-automatic soldering lines, laser marking equipment, and forming machines. In-house test capability covers inductance, DC bias inductance, leakage inductance, DCR, turns ratio, inter-turn test, hi-pot, and insulation resistance.
Delivered Capability Reference
ProMagTech has delivered custom flat wire inductors at 120 μH / 300 A with measured DCR of 6 mΩ for solar energy storage PCS applications. At 300A rated current, 6 mΩ DCR represents approximately 60% lower conduction loss compared to equivalent round wire designs (typical 10–15 mΩ in the same window area). This is the current high-end delivered reference for ProMagTech flat wire inductor capability.
Certification Status
ISO 9001:2015 certification in progress, expected Q4 2026. Current quality control process includes 100% outgoing inspection covering inductance, DCR, hi-pot, and insulation resistance. A redacted OQC report is available for download at the manufacturing evidence page.
