Production activities began in 2010; SHENZHEN PROMAGTECH CO.,LTD was registered in 2013. This wording distinguishes the start of production activity from the legal registration date.
Who we serve
Our products are used in EV OBC and DC-DC converters, EV charging stations, solar inverters, energy storage converters, industrial power supplies, medical power systems, rail transit power systems, and communication power supplies.
Engineering focus
Core capabilities include flat copper wire winding, nanocrystalline and amorphous core applications, DCR review, thermal-path review, EMI filtering, and custom magnetic component design based on customer electrical parameters.
Quality position
ProMagTech applies documented incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection controls. Manufacturing evidence including workshop photos, process records, an anonymized OQC report, and product specification files is published at the manufacturing evidence page. ISO 9001 certification is not claimed unless supported by a current certificate.
Manufacturing Capability
Operations use an approximately 2,000 m² leased manufacturing facility. Core production equipment includes CNC flat wire winding machines, automatic core dispensing systems, laser stripping stations, semi-automatic soldering lines, laser marking equipment, and forming machines. In-house test capability covers inductance, DC bias inductance, leakage inductance, DCR, turns ratio, inter-turn test, hi-pot, and insulation resistance.
300 A Design Review Reference
PMT-NPV100X70-300A-28T-IND V1.0 is published as a 300 A DC-bias engineering-calculation and design-review reference. It is not presented as measured delivery evidence: A-sample measurement, hot-condition DVP, customer approval and production release remain outside the public evidence.
Inspection Scope
Outgoing inspection can cover inductance, DCR, hi-pot, and insulation resistance according to the approved drawing and project inspection plan. An anonymized OQC report is available from the manufacturing evidence page.
